Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused conversation that helps you gain clarity and reconnect with what matters most to you. It is not therapy and it is not advice-giving. Instead, coaching helps you explore your thoughts, uncover the answers already within you, and move forward with greater confidence and understanding. 


Coaching can be helpful if you are navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, seeking more balance, or simply sensing that something in your life is ready to shift. If you are looking for space to reflect, be heard, and better understand yourself, coaching may be a meaningful place to begin. 


Sessions are calm, conversational, and centered around what you want to explore that day. I will ask questions, listen carefully, and help you reflect on your thoughts, patterns, and possibilities. You set the direction, and together we create space for clarity to emerge. 


Every woman’s journey is different. Some people work with me for a few sessions to gain clarity around a specific question, while others appreciate ongoing support as they navigate larger life transitions. There is no set timeline — only what feels helpful and supportive for you. 


Yes. All coaching sessions are currently offered virtually, making it easy to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable. 


Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and addressing mental health concerns. Coaching is more forward-focused. It helps you reflect on where you are now, what matters most to you, and where you want to go next. Coaching creates space to explore your thoughts, values, and possibilities so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
